LEBANON, TN — The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office arrested a teenager early Friday after a chase that went from Davidson County to Wilson County and back again a number of times Thursday night.
The chase began when someone crashed a car into a building in Hermitage around 2 p.m. Thursday and fled on foot. Metro Nashville Police alerted Mt. Juliet authorities that the suspect may have jumped the county line. At 6 p.m. Mt. Juliet Police told residents of the Chandler Pointe subdivision to lock their doors and be vigilant because the suspect may have been spotted in a wooded area.

The suspect was able to evade police and was seen a short time later on nearby Landings Way, where police again were unable to arrest him.
Police in Mt. Juliet and Hermitage established a perimeter, but eventually the juvenile suspect — who was wanted in connection to a number of auto thefts and whose identity was not released — was arrested by Wilson County Sheriff’s deputies.
